Shipping insurance for all domestic and international orders included in the shipping and handling cost. Our minimum shipping charge is $10.00 and if you desire C.O.D, the cost is $7.50. All orders over $50.00 are shipped U.P.S. Ground Service unless otherwise requested. Orders under $50.00 may be shipped US Priority Mail. We also ship Federal Express on request.
We take special care in packing and shipping all orders. Your order will be shipped within 3 business days after receipt of payment (holidays and weekends excluded). Once your order is shipped, a confirmation notice of shipment and tracking information will be sent to your current email address.

order is received damaged, contact the shipping company (UPS, Express Mail,
Priority, etc.) to report damages and request an inspection (keep original tube
or carton your order was packed in).
Ordering
Standard wholesale rate is 50% of retail pricing on
reproductions. Minimum order for wholesale orders is $100.00. Distributor rate
is 50% of wholesale (an order of 100 prints of one image, no assortments)
constitutes distributor rates. We reserve the right to retain exclusive
distributor rights on chosen images.
Pricing
All prices are suggested retail prices. Prices on Open Edition prints are
standard. Limited Edition prices are subject to change without notice according
to appreciation, availability or as quantities decrease.
Payment
All orders must be pre-paid by check, money order, MasterCard, Visa,
American Express, or Discover before order is processed. C.O.D. orders are only
shipped to customers with established accounts with McStudio or
www.eljayart.com. For C.O.D. orders, UPS will only accept money orders or
certified checks. Foreign orders must be paid
in US dollars. For international shipping, please email us for rate.
Refunds
Due to the nature of art items, returns must be in original condition (unused/undamaged) with original packaging. If a customer is totally dissatisfied with an item, we will refund the amount of the product minus shipping, insurance, and handling fees. Items must be returned no later than 72 hours after received.

Policy
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, or if there are problems
with the delivery, please contact us at 410-404-8026 within 72 hours of receipt
of delivery to discuss sending returns. All orders requiring reshipping due to
a missed delivery, or exceeded will call time at UPS will be recharged for
shipping. Orders will be restocked, unless previous arrangements have been
made.
